This Winter GoonMilk will donate 100 Hoodies to the Homeless in efforts of keeping our community warm through the harsh winter months. In order to reach our Goal we will need all the help we can get and thats where you; my G.O.O.N.S., come in and can assist us by donating anything you can monetarily to our cause. Hoodies are approximately $20 a piece including printing. We are shooting for the Goal of $2000 by April. Community Outreach and Giving back is something I am very adamant about because so often we take for granted how blessed we are and how easily it is to become homeless in a society that outcasts the unfortunate and poverty stricken. The average american is one hospital bill away from being homeless. Reasons why lobbying for universal free health care is important and a human necessity not just for the wealthy. Furthermore the temperatures in the DC/MD area are dropping earlier into the fall/winter season and it is BRICK outside today which gave me the motivation to kick off this movement. With all that being said, I still need you guys’ help finding 100 Homeless people to donate to. Whether it be a friend, family member, or just your favorite homeless person you help out from time to time, I want to meet them if possible and understand their stories in hopes to help anyway I can. So again don’t hesitate to DM, call, text, whatever you have to do to get in contact with me so we can get the ball rolling!
