GoonMilk Gym is back open for business for the Spring and Summer Seasons! Today was our first official workout, and felt great to be back! Starting off with a light arms workout using different planks and pushups. GoonMilk Gym Workouts hours are Monday thru Friday 9-11am for GOONS Only, meaning you must be invited and pre approved by committee before being able to enter the GoonMilk Gym.
Workout videos will be periodically dropped to accommodate those who can not make the 9-11am time slot or prefer to workout from the comfort of their home.
