In our culture sneakers are held on a pedestal alike no other culture. We dont play about our shoes. Furthermore as you dive deeper into the subculture of sneaker culture, certain shoes even have certain rules or stereotypes that follow them. Air Force Ones being one of those pairs that people anywhere recognize and low key judge your character by the color you choose to wear. White Air force ones, are a first day of school staple for my generation, 2 pair for $100 at footlocker was a steal that most parents took advantage of. But black air forces on the other hand get the “bad boy” connotation and represent a different breed of struggle.
